Getting started has never been so easy
Everyone of our programs are modifiable and can be scaled to fit within the context of your goals and abilities, and every coach is skilled in determining the level of modification a new member needs in order to avoid injury. We will ease any fears or anxiety you may have from starting a new program by beginning with an initial consultation to discover what your level of fitness is. We will ask you some health questions as well as perform some movement evaluations to make sure no major issues exist that would need to be addressed immediately. We will have you perform some fitness tests and then go over the results and recommend the best starting options to one of our programs.
