What is FitCamp?
CFO Fitcamp is designed for MAXIMUM calorie burn in the shortest amount of time.
It is a CrossFit style bootcamp class without all the heavy barbell work designed to get you fit, get you healthy, challenge your mind, challenge your body, and most importantly MAKE FITNESS FUN!
CFO Fitcamp is a combination of strength, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, core, and functional movement patterns. You get EVERYTHING you need!
This class meets Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10-11am and from 6:30-7:30 pm.
