Drop-ins are available for anyone who has had a minimum of 3 months CrossFit experience. This allows our coaching staff to be certain we are on the same page with movements, and that you are comfortable with how a CrossFit class works.
That means you should know how to scale workouts safely and be familiar with common CrossFit movements.
It also means that you are coachable. We may correct your form, lower your weights, or ask you to modify. We do this because our primary concern is the safety of all our members, including any visiting guests.
Please arrive atleast 10 minutes before your scheduled class time in order to get oriented to the gym.
The Drop-in reservation must be completed a minimum of 24 hours in advance to confirm which class you will be attending.
Open Gym and/or doing your own programming are available to drop-ins only during scheduled "Open Gym" hours. You will not be able to perform your own programming during normal class times.
CHOOSE WHICH DROP-IN BEST FITS YOUR TIME IN TOWN FROM THE OPTIONS AT THE BOTTOM
Once you select an option you will be taken to:
- Complete an online waiver and health questionnaire
- Pay for the class
- Be able to log in to our system and reserve a spot for the class you would like to attend
We use Wodify. If you already have an account you will be able to log in with your current credentials. If you do not, you will be prompted to create an account. Once you successfully complete all steps, be sure to download the Wodify App. It will be easier to reserve a spot in the class of your choice.
