Coach Philip

Philip is a coach whose mission is simply to make people better, better in training and better in life as a result. After graduating from Lee University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in fitness/wellness, he spent years training in large fitness facilities as a personal trainer and martial arts instructor. Philip joined CrossFit in 2012 and continues to pursue excellence in fitness training and coaching.
