Every one of our programs are modifiable and can be scaled to fit within the context of your goals and abilities, and every coach is skilled in determining the level of modification a new member needs in order to avoid injury. WE will ease any fears or anxiety you may have from starting a new program by beginning with an initial consultation to discover what your level of fitness is. We will ask you some health questions as well as perform some movement evaluations to make sure no major issues exist that would need to be addressed immediately. We will have you perform some fitness tests and then go over the results and recommend the best starting options to one of our programs.

“CrossFit Ooltewah (CFO) was my first CrossFit experience and it’s going to be hard going to other gyms. The community they have, made me feel at home from day one and have been motivation to push myself each day. As a new comer it was intimidating at first but they have created a judgement free and safe space for all. The coaches are personable and know what they’re doing when it comes to explaining movements and making sure you’re doing them without possible injury. If there are exercises that you can’t do they know what alternatives will work better for what you’re capable of. The facility is quite spacious with plenty of equipment for use.
